These Terms govern your use of Unity Labs' websites, products, and professional services. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the service

You agree to use our services lawfully, in good faith, and consistent with any applicable product documentation. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding credentials associated with your account.

3. Intellectual property

Unity Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in our software, brand assets, and content. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us the license needed to operate the service.

4. Web3 products

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and executed on public networks. You are responsible for wallet security. We do not custody funds or seed phrases.

5. Professional services

Any custom engagement (development, integrations, consulting) is governed by a separate Statement of Work. In the event of a conflict, the SOW controls for that engagement.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unity Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to Unity Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Unity Labs' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
