Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Unity Labs ("we", "us", "our") builds tools across two divisions — Web3 & Blockchain Development and SaaS & DaaS Development. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account & contact data — name, email, company, and any details you submit when contacting us via email or consultation requests.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, referrers, device and browser type, and anonymized interaction analytics.
  • Wallet identifiers — for Web3 products, public wallet addresses you voluntarily connect. We never request private keys or seed phrases.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, secure, and improve our products and services.
  • To respond to inquiries, proposals, and support requests.
  • To measure product performance with privacy-preserving analytics.
  • To meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with vetted processors (hosting, analytics, email) strictly to operate the service, and with authorities when legally required.

4. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to deliver the service, comply with the law, or resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at contact@unity-labs.xyz to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard controls — encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring — to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; we work hard to minimize risk.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
